- Bilberry extract is characterized by a considerable concentration of anthocyanins. These are plant pigments known as bioflavonoids and serve as sun protection for plants. They can absorb blue-green light and also harmful UV light. This process reduces UV stress for the plant.
- Trans-resveratrol is the more stable form of resveratrol, the famous plant substance in red wine. It belongs to the group of polyphenols, can eliminate oxidative stress and thus protect plants against stress, pests, diseases and environmental influences.
- The omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA are long-chain, polyunsaturated fatty acids. Their intake is regularly recommended by nutrition experts. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. A positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA. (The recommended daily intake of OPTIKLIGHT® contains only 100 mg DHA, which helps to achieve this amount).

I take Lindaren products as a preventative measure, because it's always better to do something for your health beforehand than to react when you start to feel aches and pains. At 72, I'm lucky enough to be very fit, active and healthy. I like to alternate with the products, sometimes I take something for my eyes, then Omega 3 or do a cartilage build-up with Lindashark.
What I really love and what even my grandchildren really like is the turmeric gel for the joints.
I have always been very satisfied with Lindaren and will continue to buy my products there and try out new things!I have been taking Omega 3 Gel Drops for a long time and also had the Optik-Light Dragées for my eyes. As I suffer from wet macula I normally have to have an injection every 4 weeks but at my last eye doctor visit I was able to delay this!
I was amazed, overjoyed and glad that these great products exist. I didn't expect to have to have injections less often and will therefore continue to use the products.Très contente du service et de la qualité des produits, je les recommande à tous
