Shipping costs

The shipping costs are individual and visible in the checkout during the ordering process.

Delivery times

Our delivery time is 2-3 business days in Switzerland. Working days are Monday to Friday without holidays. Please make sure that someone is available to accept your order on the agreed delivery date.

Delivery failure

If you do not accept the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you regarding further action. If the goods are still needed, we reserve the right to charge shipping fees for a second delivery.
If a refund is made and the goods are later found, we reserve the right to reclaim these goods. Other legal claims are also reserved.

Supply bottlenecks

Normally, everything that is on our website is in our warehouse and available for immediate shipment. In the unlikely event that the merchandise ordered is not immediately available to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email notification of any inventory-related cancellation.

Delivery delays

Our goal is to achieve timely delivery on all orders. We work closely with our shipping service providers and our experience shows that delivery within the selected delivery time is successful 99% of the time.
We use shipping service providers and where people work, mistakes can happen accidentally, for example, by misdirecting a package.
